Third party graded/encapsulated/packaged items may not be returned for any reason. The grading of coins is subjective and is not an exact science so everyone has their own opinion on every coin. Bidder will determine the grade of the auction item and will be the sole judge of it's value to him/her. Do not bid unless you agree with the grade. Estate Liquidators of East Texas is providing Internet pre-auction as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Estate Liquidators of East Texas or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Estate Liquidators of East Texas will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
