Pick up time is Friday, May 15th from 11-2pm, location is: 519 Valleybrook Lane, Greer, SC 29651. (Please note "Valleybrook" is one word).Call with any questions 864-494-1965. We accept Cash however it needs to be exact change only, (with 3% discount),Preferred payment is Zelle or Venmo. You can pay Zelle & Venmo from the comfort of your own home with no physical interaction whatsoever. For Zelle: Simply sign into your bank account and go to "Transfers" use our phone number (864)494-1965 for transfer. For Venmo: open an account, connect your bank account, use your Venmo balance or Debit card for 3% discount (do not use Credit Card with Venmo or you will get a 3% charge) If you must pay cash, please be sure to have exact change. We can take your credit card onsite. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be no sales tax charged for online sales unless you live in South Carolina. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases & amount due, amount will NOT include your shipping costs. Any cards denied will be charged a $5.00 fee per charge. If you know there is an issue with your card, please contact us immediately. The invoice sent to you will serve as billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file (not shipping costs). We use The UPS Store in Taylors, SC as our shipping company (864) 268-6068. Any invoice not picked up will be subject to a $5-$15 transport fee depending on size of order. All large items, furniture & cabinet lots need to be picked up. If you do not pick up they will be forfeited.
