NO EXCEPTIONS! -It is the buyer's responsibility to contact TAC Enterprises by 5:00 PM the following Monday after each auction to confirm how payment will be made. -Non-Alabama buyers: wire transfers only. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items paid for via wire transfer can be picked up immediately after the wire is received. -Payment options: cash, wire transfer, cashier's check, certified check, or money order. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED! -Alabama Residents: only Personal/Company checks from Alabama residents will be accepted & must be accompanied by a bank letter of credit or letter of guarantee addressed to TAC Enterprises with the date of purchase (auction date). NO EXCEPTIONS !! Items paid for with a check will NOT be available for pick-up until the funds have cleared the bank. If paying by check, money order, or cashier's check, TAC Enterprises reserves the right to hold all purchases until the check has cleared to the satisfaction of TAC Enterprises and its bank. Sales Tax: Alabama residents will be charged 3% farm sales tax (per Alabama state law) in addition to purchase price & Proxibid online bidding fee. NO BUYER'S PREMIUM! By bidding in a TAC Enterprises auction you are agreeing to pay for all items in which you are the high bidder. If full payment for all items is not received by 5:00 PM the Wednesday following our auction, you are agreeing to allow TAC Enterprises to charge the full amount owed to the credit card used at registration. You are agreeing to allow TAC Enterprises to charge your credit card anytime after 8:00 AM the following Thursday with out recourse on your part. This will also incur the 4% convenience fee mentioned in our terms and conditions. Any charge backs, cancellations or denied funds will incur a $25.00 per day storage fee from that date on with no limit. And by bidding you are agreeing to pay any and all legal fees, travel expenses, etc. that may be incurred by TAC Enterprises or their representative in collecting monies owed to TAC Enterprises.
