Customers are to bid accordingly. 3.)K&L will not be responsible to remove items that require tools, carts or other special apparatus. Items are to be removed in a professional manner, If K&L has the impression that a customer is not removing an item correctly, K&L reserves the right to stop the customer and refund the full amount of his/hers items without prejudice. (A portion or all of purchase price may be deducted if any damage is caused by said customer) 4.) Any monetary figure for legal means will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
