All items are sold as is where is without any guarantees from K&L. There will be a buyer's premium of 16% added on to the total of your purchase. All terms are to be acknowledged and accepted with the entering of auction/sale by K&L. Whether or not K&L terms are read by customer. K&L assumes and expects all of approved customer(s) to read terms and abide by them. 1.) K&L is not responsible for incorrect information on the listing. If there is a question about the description of any listing, please come to the inspection date(s) and review each item. 2.)K&L is not responsible for any item. Each item is sold "as is, where is" without any guarantees by K&L. K&L will always inform customers of damaged items or if K&L has knowledge of such defects of items. Customers are to bid accordingly. 3.)K&L will not be responsible to remove items that require tools, carts or other special apparatus. Items are to be removed in a professional manner, If K&L has the impression that a customer is not removing an item correctly, K&L reserves the right to stop the customer and refund the full amount of his/hers items without prejudice. (A portion or all of purchase price may be deducted if any damage is caused by said customer) 4.) Any monetary figure for legal means will be the sole responsibility of the customer. This will include but not limit: Unpaid balance, damaged property, false accusation of improper description(s) (section 1), or slander of K&L or staff.
