K&L assumes and expects all of approved customer(s) to read terms and abide by them. 1.) K&L is not responsible for incorrect information on the listing. If there is a question about the description of any listing, please come to the inspection date(s) and review each item. 2.)K&L is not responsible for any item. Each item is sold "as is, where is" without any guarantees by K&L. K&L will always inform customers of damaged items or if K&L has knowledge of such defects of items. Customers are to bid accordingly. 3.)K&L will not be responsible to remove items that require tools, carts or other special apparatus. Items are to be removed in a professional manner, If K&L has the impression that a customer is not removing an item correctly, K&L reserves the right to stop the customer and refund the full amount of his/hers items without prejudice.
