While we believe everything stated hereon to be correct as to the age and description, anything stated day of Auction by owners or Auctioneer will take precedence over all printed materials. Items forfeted will incur a 25% restocking fee plus applicable storage fees. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Paul’s Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
