All out of state buyers who are not dealers must furnish bills of landing from a common carrier to not be charged sales tax. All export buyers must furnish dock receipts and bills of landing to not pay sales tax. Bidder waives their right to initiate a charge-back on his/her credit card for any reason. Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer.
