All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed an 18% buyer's premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer's premium. This auction is an Estate Sale therefore no Tennessee sales tax will apply. Any abandonment of Clean-out items may result in an assessed cleaning fee. Pick-up is available on Wednesday, June 3rd from 10:00am - 4:00pm (central) ONLY by appointment. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not picked up by 3:00pm on Wednesday June 10th will be forfeited, and NO REFUND will be awarded. For pick-up, buyer will need to bring a copy of their paid invoice or receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor.
