Participation Requirements: A $10,000 Deposit must be wired to our online escrow account in order to participate in this auction. Wire must be received by 12:00 PM on Friday May 29th,2020. Call our office at 270-247-3253 for wiring instructions. In the event you are not a successful bidder the wire will be returned to you the following business day.

A 11% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid and included in the contract purchase price.

2. The successful bidder is responsible to:
A. Sign a Real Estate Agreement of sale following the close of the auction. Harris Real Estate & Auction will make arrangements to e-mail documents that need to be executed and e-mailed back to Harris Real Estate & Auction within 24 hours of the end of the auction, bidder will provide email and mailing address. Successful bidder not executing and returning contracts with payment in full within 24 hours will be considered in default.
B. Pay a 10% down payment, in form check, cash or wired funds. The balance of the purchase is due at closing. Buyer is responsible for wire transfer fees.
