2) Most items are being sold to settle estates; necessarily, everything is sold as-is, where-is and all sales are final. Please take advantage of the Preview (inspection opportunity) if possible and feel free to contact us with any questions.
3) We often sell from remote locations. If you won't be able to make pick-up day and don't want your items shipped, please call before you bid to discuss fees for transportation/storage/alternate pick-up arrangements.
4) If there is a discrepancy with your order upon pick-up or receipt of shipment please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the matter.
5) Laws and regulations vary widely by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and following yours.
6) Lastly, the paragraph that most all of our buyers need not be concerned with: We reserve the right to charge for chasing bad funds, re-shipping to changed addresses, transporting and storing items, delaying shipments, expediting shipments, disassembling items, accommodating special and sometimes odd requests, etc. Until things get settled we're not shipping to Kansas.
