Check (with Bank Letter of Credit), Money Order or wire transfer plus transfer fee, cash will be accepted for local pick up only. for online bidders, there will be a 2.5% buyer's premium capped at $750 per item which will be added to the final bid price. plus 4.5% Sales Tax. Payment must be received at the office of Chuck Sutton Auctioneer & Land Broker LLC prior to pick up. The mailing address associated with the auction company is 1116 N. By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them.
Auction Catalog is a guide only. Auction Company reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, or delete lots.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.
All purchases must be paid in full within 3-5 days of the sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed on or before July 9, 2020.
Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer (Plus Transfer Fee if applicable), Cashier's Check, Personal or Company Check - ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
