FOR PICK-UP ORDERS: If your invoice totals less than $2,500 we will charge the credit card you selected as payment for this sale. If your invoice is $2,500 or more please bring a check. If your shipping address is less than 60 miles from the sale site we will assume you're picking up unless you call the morning after the sale closes and tell us to ship your order. The pick up date is a hard date; we cannot offer any alternate dates for this specific sale. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
FOR SHIP ORDERS: Please make sure the card you have on file with Proxibid is current and viable. We'll charge once for your purchases, then again when your order is packed and we know the corresponding costs. If your shipping address is more than 60 miles from the sale site and your items are readily shippable we will proceed to ship. If you will instead be picking up, please call the morning after the sale closes to notify us.

Your emailed invoice will contain a link to schedule a pick-up time. Those who do not schedule will wait on those who do. Many items will need to be carried up stairs, down stairs, etc. Some furniture will need to be disassembled to remove. Bring tools, carts, dollies and friends to help.
1) We value our customers and are here to help.
2) Most items are being sold to settle estates; necessarily, everything is sold as-is, where-is and all sales are final. Please take advantage of the Preview (inspection opportunity) if possible and feel free to contact us with any questions.
3) We often sell from remote locations. If you won't be able to make pick-up day and don't want your items shipped, please call before you bid to discuss fees for transportation/storage/alternate pick-up arrangements.
4) If there is a discrepancy with your order upon pick-up or receipt of shipment please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the matter.
5) Laws and regulations vary widely by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and following yours.
6) Lastly, the paragraph that most all of our buyers need not be concerned with: We reserve the right to charge for chasing bad funds, re-shipping to changed addresses, transporting and storing items, delaying shipments, expediting shipments, disassembling items, accommodating special and sometimes odd requests, etc. Until things get settled we're not shipping to Kansas. Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card charge-backs and will contact Bennett Auction Service directly with any concerns. Bennett Auction Service will refund Bidder directly for all legitimate claims. Bidder and Bennett Auction Service both forfeit all rights to litigation, and agree that any mediation or arbitration will take place exclusively in Price County, Wisconsin, U.S.A.
