Your emailed invoice will contain a link to schedule a pick-up time. Those who do not schedule will wait on those who do. This sale site has limited access and virtually no parking space. Many items will need to be carried up stairs, up hills, around the home, etc. Some furniture items will need to be disassembled to remove. Bring tools, carts, dollies and friends to help carry, and plan on some walking. We strive for common-sense reasonable terms presented in plain language, and invite your feedback. Please take advantage of the Preview (inspection opportunity) if possible and feel free to contact us with any questions. 3) We often sell from remote locations. If you won't be able to make pick-up day and don't want your items shipped, please call before you bid to discuss fees for transportation/storage/alternate pick-up arrangements. 4) If there is a discrepancy with your order upon pick-up or receipt of shipment please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the matter. 5) Laws and regulations vary widely by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and following yours. 6) Lastly, the paragraph that most all of our buyers need not be concerned with: We reserve the right to charge for chasing bad funds, re-shipping to changed addresses, transporting and storing items, delaying shipments, expediting shipments, disassembling items, accommodating special and sometimes odd requests, etc. Until things get settled we're not shipping to Kansas. Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card charge-backs and will contact Bennett Auction Service directly with any concerns. Bennett Auction Service will refund Bidder directly for all legitimate claims. Bidder and Bennett Auction Service both forfeit all rights to litigation, and agree that any mediation or arbitration will take place exclusively in Price County, Wisconsin, U.S.A.
