WARRANTY: All firearms are sold “As Is, Where Is! with no warranty expressed or implied” The Auctioneer assumes no liability for any guarantee made by anyone. No warranty is made by the Seller(s), Auctioneer, or the Auctioneer’s Agent, either expressed or implied, as to the condition, merchantability, or fitness for intended use of any firearm sold. It is agreed that the buyers have thoroughly examined the firearm(s) to be conveyed and relies solely upon his/her own judgment in making an agreement to purchase, and that there are no agreements, understandings or representations made either by Seller(s), Auctioneer or Auctioneer’s representatives that are not set forth herein. BUYERS PREMIUM: Live bidders will pay a 10% Buyers Premium on all purchases. Internet bidders will pay a 15% Buyers Premium on all purchases. PAYMENT: Payment may be made by Cash, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX. Credit Cards will incur a 2.75% convenience fee. We do not accept bank drafts. TIE BIDS: Tie bids will be handled by the Auctioneer. In the case of a tie bid, the Auctioneer will designate the tied bidders The Auctioneer’s bidder will be considered the primary bidder. The Auctioneer will the open the bidding back up between the designated bidders only. It will be up to the secondary bidder to raise the bid, and the designated bidders will bid alternately until the item sells. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: WE WILL NOT SHIP TO CALIFORNIA, ALASKA, OR HAWAII. Firearms will be shipped to licensed Federal Firearms Licensee’s only. No firearms will be shipped to an individual. Again, we WILL NOT SHIP to California, Alaska, or Hawaii. All firearms requiring shipping will incur a $10.00 handling fee plus the actual cost of shipping. The shipping fees will have to be paid by the Buyer prior to Shipping. We will make every effort to ship the most economical way possible. If the Buyer has a preferred shipping method, we will be happy to accommodate the Buyer at the Buyers’ expense. AGE REQUIREMENTS: You must be 21 years of age to bid on or purchase any firearms. TRANSFERS: No Transfers or Shipping will take place prior to August 4TH, 2020 at 10:00 AM (CST). If you are picking up your firearm locally, please call Fast Guns @ 334.596.2312 to make appointment for transfer or arrange for shipping. Local transfers will be handled by Fast Guns in Kinsey, AL at no charge. Before any firearm is transferred to your possession, you must fill out a 4473 and pass a background check. All background checks, transfers and related actions will have to be completed at their office located at 654 Lynn Jarvis Road, Kinsey, Alabama. Out-of-State Bidders must provide Watson Auction & Realty with a current, valid, Federal Firearms Licensee to receive firearms on their behalf. The transfer fee between Out-of-State Bidders and their FFL’s are paid to the FFL receiving the firearm. IF TRANSFER IS DENIED (IN-HOUSE ONLY. OUT OF STATE MUST ABIDE BY THE RULES OF THE FFL RECEIVING THE FIREARM: If you purchase a weapon and are denied, you cannot bring someone else in to get a background check to facilitate the transfer. The background check is on the bidder only. If you are the successful high bidder and are “denied”, we reserve the right to place the firearm in the next available auction event and will resell it for you. You will be charged a 25% commission on the sale under these circumstances. If you make a profit, that is your good luck…if you lose money, too bad, so sad. POSSESSION OF FIREARMS: Possession of the purchased firearms will not take place until your payment has cleared the bank. If you pay by cash or credit card, we can convey the firearm as soon as possible after you fill out the appropriate paperwork and pass the background check on the day and date designated above. FELONS: If you are a convicted felon, even if you have had your right to vote restored, you may not be able to own or possess firearms. Please do not bid on these weapons unless you have been issued a possessory number by the BATF. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR RELATED OFFENSES: If you have ever been convicted of a crime involving domestic violence, whether it was a misdemeanor or felony, you may not possess firearms under Federal Law. If you are currently under a restraining order or charges of any kind related to a domestic situation, you may not possess firearms under Federal Law. SHOTGUNS & RIFLES: We can convey long guns to you in the State of Alabama if you are a resident of another state, provided that the long gun being conveyed is legal in the state where you reside. HANDGUNS: If you are from a state other than the State of Alabama, we cannot transfer a handgun directly to you. You must provide the name and contact information for a federal firearms licensee in your area. The handgun will be shipped to the designated Federal Firearms Licensee at your expense. That licensee will have to transfer the handgun to you. STATE OF RESIDENCY: You must be a resident of the State in which you live to have a handgun transferred directly to you. If you are military personnel from another state and your permanent duty station is in another State, firearms can be transferred to you with a copy of your orders stating that your permanent duty station is in that State along with Government Issued Photo Identification. NON-U.S. CITIZENS: If you are not a citizen of the United States, it is incumbent upon you to be sure that you are complying with all federal requirements for firearms ownership prior to bidding on any firearms.
