Vintage illuminated automotive light diorama display piece 1955 to 1971 36 all mounted pieces.This electrified and illuminated diorama consists of Firebird, Thunder bird, Galaxy, Falcon, Fury, Impala, GTO, Chevy, Pontiac, Impala, Comet, Monte Carlo, Grand Prixe and Chevelle all professionally mounted on a 36 foot wide by 80 inch board and professionally wired to run on 110 current all light up and blink works great excellent condition est. value $1200-$1500

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Congratulations on your auction purchase. Auction bidders’ payment for this specialty auction is due on the night of the auction with no exceptions. Payments made 1 or 2 days after will be considered past due and may include a late fee. All online customers can pre register payment information with our gallery prior to auction night.
Please give us a call as soon as possible at 631-648-9371 regarding your auction purchase so we can process your order and get your merchandise shipped to you as soon as possible. You must pay your bill directly through our gallery or email us your payment information at countrystyleauctions@gmail.com we accept all major credit cards and process all orders through our gallery. We do not use paypal or the online sites payment systems you must call the gallery directly to arrange payment and shipping, PLEASE NOTE: this is a one day daily specialty auction, with a one day turnaround therefore, all orders must be paid and processed on the night of the auction, thereafter unpaid orders will be considered delinquent and past due, all unpaid orders will incur a $10.00 per day late storage and insurance fee despite the value of the merchandise until the entire bill is satisfied, $25.00 fee for all declined credit cards or bad checks. Disputed and blocked bidders will be charged $100.00 to remove a dispute and re-establish credit with our gallery, no exceptions. • You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 23% and any applicable taxes and shipping (this includes 5% online transaction fee)
Auction Terms of Sale
All bidders and others attending this auction agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound thereby. All accepted bids are considered a binding contract to buy.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping for all winning Proxibid bidders on auction night will begin within 2 business days and since we are a weekly auction house we ask that you please register with a credit card that will be sufficient to cover your purchases and shipping cost on auction night. All merchandise purchased on auction night will be packed and shipped to you within 2 business days and a paid invoice will be attached to your package in the form of a packing slip note any auction bills not paid in full on auction night will be subject to a $10.00 per day late fee added to all unpaid invoice balances for clerking and storage so please be sure the credit card you register with is sufficient enough to pay your total invoice balance, thank you.
ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS', 'WHERE IS' & ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Identification: All bidders are required to have a Bidder Number provided by the auctioneer. Prospective bidders must provide complete contact information including:
• Providing an approved (official) photo ID (state issued driver's license preferred), including name and complete address.
• Full contact information; including phone number(s), & email address(s) and/or approved credit card.
• Persons not known to the auctioneer may also be required to provide a deposit (cash and/or approved credit card).
Addition to or withdrawal from sale: The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any item listed and/or to sell items not listed; and reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide lots into two or more selling lots. The auctioneer reserves the right to sell all of the lots in bulk.
Dispute between bidders: If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the lot(s) up for sale again and re-sell to the highest bidder. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or to not accept any bid at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. The decision of the auctioneer as to the winning bidder is final and absolute. The auctioneer and/or his representatives reserve the right to remove any person who impedes the preview and/or the auction. Estimated condition, grade, count, measure or weight: Items are sold by lot; condition, counts, grades, weights, measurements, karats are stated as non-binding approximations. It is the responsibility of the bidder to confirm condition, and all counts, grades, weights, measurements, karats prior to bidding and to bid accordingly.
Reserve: The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots with a reserve the auctioneer has the right to bid on the part of the seller.
Condition of items sold: The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect of any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles. It is the responsibility of the bidder to examine the item(s) during the preview and to adjust their bids accordingly. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS', 'WHERE IS' & ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Time of Payment: All bills must be paid in full on the day of the sale, before leaving the premises.
Manner of payment: All bills must be paid by approved method (cash, or approved credit card) to representatives of the auctioneer at the auction unless otherwise announced. Personal and/or business checks require the advanced approval of the auctioneer and may require additional security or time to clear before the lot(s) are provided. The full purchase price on all lots sold to the buyer must be paid within the fixed time, before the removal of any of the items.
Absentee Bidders: Absentee bidders will be required to complete an absentee bidder form and provide a 25% deposit in the form of cash of approved credit card. All absentee bids must be submitted no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the auction. In the event that the winning bid is the same amount on two or more absentee bidder forms, the earliest date/time bid will be offered the item. The auctioneer reserves the right to proceed to another bidder if the winning bidder defaults, or at the auctioneer's discretion. The auctioneer's determination of the winning absentee bidder is final.
Compliance with terms of the sale: In default of payment of bills in full within the time herein specified, the auctioneer in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposits or otherwise, as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for and removed within the time specified herein may be resold at public or private sale without further notice, and deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of re-sale will be charged to the defaulting purchaser.
Additional terms and conditions: Any additional terms and conditions of sale, added by the auctioneer will be announced prior to the auction.
Removal: Removal is at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. Lots will be provided only on the presentation of the paid bill. Auctioneer will not be responsible for goods not removed within the time specified, and for any item not removed by the purchaser within the time specified, the auctioneer may remove and store the items at the expense of the purchaser.
Non-delivery responsibility: The auctioneer is not liable in any event for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser of any lot, other than for the return to the purchaser of the deposit or sum paid on said lot, should the purchaser be entitled to the refund.
Claims: No claims will be allowed after the goods are removed from the premises.
Shipping: Packing, shipping handling & insurance are available to absentee & out of state buyers and will be billed separately and are non refundable. Any and all return shipping, handling and insurance charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Personal and property risk: Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and personal property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither the auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.
Records: The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
Exceptions: The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the auction due to inclement weather or any other reason as determined by the auctioneer.
AGAIN, PLEASE NOTE: All auction bills must be paid in full on Friday night or the night of the auction or there will be a $10.00 per day late fee added to all invoice balances for clerking and storage. PLEASE BE SURE THE CREDIT CARD YOU REGISTER WITH IS SUFFICIENT ENOUGH TO PAY YOUR TOTAL INVOICE BALANCE, THANK YOU.
