Please read our Auction Terms. By bidding in this auction, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these terms: - All items are sold "AS IS" with no guarantees or warranties. All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - Accepted payments are Cash, GOOD check (with ID), and Credit Cards. 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. Payment in full is expected during our scheduled removal time. We do NOT charge your credit card on file with Proxibid after the auction, so please be ready to pay us on pick-up day. We will email you an invoice after the auction with more information. - Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Items must be paid for and removed during the scheduled removal time. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
