A 10% buyer premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the contract price. The proceeds of the buyer premium are being donated one half to Kentucky State Police Trooper Island Youth Camp and one half to U S Vet Fund.
Full payment, in the form of cash,in-state KY checks , credit/debit cards, is due immediately following the end of bidding. A 3% convenience fee will be added to payments made with credit or debit cards. Online buyer will receive an invoice shortly after the end of the auction. It will be payable online or at pick-up.

TERMS & CONDITIONS-BATTLE OF THE BLUE GRASS OPEN BID CALLING CHAMPIONSHIP
SATURDAY AUGUST 29, 2020. AUCTION BEGINS AT 12:00 PM-EDT
1. Everything sells 'as is' and 'where is' in this auction.
2. No warranties, either expressed or implied, and without contingencies.
3. A 10% buyer premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the contract price. The proceeds of the buyer premium are being donated one half to Kentucky State Police Trooper Island Youth Camp and one half to U S Vet Fund.
4. Full payment, in the form of cash, in-state checks, credit/debit cards, is due immediately following the end of bidding. 5. Purchase pick up for off-site bidders will begin immediately following the end of the auction and continue until 6:00 PM auction day, Saturday August 29, 2020. Any items not picked up onsite, (Blue Grass Stockyard, 4561 Ironworks Pike, Lexington KY) or requested to be shipped, will be taken to UPS Pack & Ship, with the buyer responsible for payment for packing and shipping directly to United Parcel Service. The credit card provided at registration will be charged the contract price.
6. The Kentucky Auctioneers Association, Inc is a non-profit organization and is not required to collect sales tax.
