Terms Of Sale
All items are sold as is where is with no guarantees. We will represent the items to the best of our ability upon information received from seller and our knowledge of the equipment. All items must be removed by the 23rd of September. Our lease and agreement with the property owner will be up at that time. The auction company will do our very best to secure all purchases after the auction but it is your responsibility to make arrangements to pick up the items and take possession in a timely manner. After the lease is up, auction company can't be held responsible for your items. Any items left will become property of the land owner at that point. All transactions are final and no refunds will be given. While loading, be advised this is a flat lot. If hauling any item that has to be driven onto a straight deck or flat trailer with no ramps, we will need to make other loading arrangements in advance if possible. Might be as easy as meeting at a remote location. Unless you have a current GATE card or sales tax exempt number, you will be charged 7% sales tax on all purchases except titled motor vehicles, in which you will pay the taxes on when you tag it in your local tag office. Buyer's premium will also be charged. We will be available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday after the auction to load 9-4. All other loading will need to be done by appointment. If you are sending a driver, make sure they have a copy of receipt, as not all loading personal has access to computer and receipts. Driver must also be capable and responsible for securing their loads. Auction staff not responsible for tying merchandise. Buyer's premium will be as follows. The buyers premium will be 13%. Broken down, that is 3% for credit card use, 8% charged by auction house, and 2% Proxibid charge. Total of 13% to all credit card online purchases.
