There is NO SHIPPING offered at this auction. There will be a 10% buyers premium and a 5% Credit Card fee. All purchases or multiple purchases under $2,000.00 will be paid for by credit card. Auction Company will be calling customer for settlement the following business day after auction closes. All purchases over $2,000.00 will be paid for by wire transfer, at a cost of $25 to customer, on the next business day. No exceptions. If you cannot meet these terms, do not bid. Once the item is sold it is solely your responsibility for payment and pickup. Inspection of items is Thursday, September 24 from 4-7 p.m. All items must be removed on Saturday, October 3 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. All items will be sold in AS-IS condition and all items and statements are believed to be true but the auction company is not responsible for wrong information. Buyer is to conduct their own due diligence. If you are bidding on the gun, Minnesota State Hand Gun Rules will apply. You must be 18 years of age with a Permit to Purchase OR 21 years of age with a Permit to Carry. NO EXCEPTIONS! The person who is registered to bid MUST personally pick up the gun if you are in-state. You can not send someone in your place. If you are out-of-state, the gun will go from FFL to FFL at the Buyer's expense.
