Item Details
Super nice guitar, 40"H x 16"W. Pick guard is adorned w/hummingbird, butterfly & flowers, missing 1 of the chrome tuning keys. Colors are still nice & bright, glossy finish on body. Only a couple of tiny nicks-otherwise great shape. Hardcase is in great shape also.

Bidders acknowledge that by bidding they accept the auctioneers description when they bid on a particular item. Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise.
IF BUYING FIREARMS READ THIS FIRST!! Winning bidder will pick-up firearms @ Sharpshooters 1345 Rutherford Rd Greenville, SC, 29609. You MUST call ahead & speak to AMANDA 864-292-5800 for appointment. She is in charge of transfer & background check. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees incurred w/Sharpshooters(please call ahead for prices). If bidder does NOT agree to all terms or fails background check for any reason firearm will be forfeited with NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please know SC gun laws before bidding!! Proof of purchase and ID to claim purchase is required. Only the purchaser can pick up the firearm. They will also take care of shipping & paperwork for out of state bidders.
Mahalo Auctions is not responsible for items damaged in transit to shipper. Please do not leave negative feedback for shipping fees-Mahalo Auctions has no control over this. Fees are between the bidder & UPS. We do NOT charge shipping customers to transport to UPS. After delivery to shipper, all transactions from that point are between the winning bidder and the shipper. Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders immediately following each auction. Family members and/or employees of Mahalo Auctions are allowed to bid. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchased lots and any applicable SC state sales tax. Invoices to be paid immediately following the close of the auction per the payment instructions. Unless prior arrangements are made, any credit card payment that is declined will be charged a $10.00 fee per transaction. Any items remaining unpaid 24 hours after the end of the auction will be forfeited to Mahalo Auctions. We are not responsible for any items damaged in transit for shipping. Any further arrangements for items dropped off at shipper are between shipper and buyer.
No chargebacks are allowed. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. Registering to bid in this auction is a binding contract. Any and all legal fees that may arise from any dispute are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Mahalo Auctions charges LOCAL CUSTOMERS ONLY a $5.00 transport fee to the UPS store. UPS will charge an additional fee for storage.
Bidders will also pay any and all court fees associated with any dispute of this contract.
The following rules apply to any item listed as 'Local Pickup Only' : Item must be removed from property during stated pickup day/time-anything listed as such WILL NOT be transported to the UPS store. Any item left at end of stated pickup time will forfeit to Mahalo Auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
We do not transport or hold furniture no matter how it is listed. Furniture not claimed on specified pickup date/time will immediately be forfeit to Mahalo Auctions.
