Payment
Tractor on site pick-up day for loading large items free of charge.
FOR PICK-UPS: You may pay by check on pick-up day, or text/call 715-657-0078 the morning after the auction closes to have your credit card charged. We request that invoices totaling over $1,000 be paid by check. If your shipping address is less than 60 miles from the sale site we will assume you're picking up unless you call the morning after the sale closes and tell us to ship your order.
FOR SHIP ORDERS: Please make sure the card you have on file with Proxibid is current and viable. We'll charge once for your purchases, then again when your order is packed and we know the corresponding costs. If your shipping address is more than 60 miles from the sale site and your items are readily shippable we will automatically proceed to ship; there is no need to contact us. If you will instead be picking up, please call the morning after the sale closes to notify us.

2) Most items are being sold to settle estates; necessarily, everything is sold as-is, where-is and all sales are final. Please take advantage of the Preview (inspection opportunity) if possible and feel free to contact us with any questions.
3) We often sell from remote locations. If you won't be able to make pick-up day and don't want your items shipped, please call before you bid to discuss fees for transportation/storage/alternate pick-up arrangements.
4) If there is a discrepancy with your order upon pick-up or receipt of shipment please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the matter.
5) Laws and regulations vary widely by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and following yours.
6) Lastly, the paragraph that most all of our buyers need not be concerned with: We reserve the right to charge for chasing bad funds, re-shipping to changed addresses, transporting and storing items, delaying shipments, expediting shipments, disassembling items, accommodating special and sometimes odd requests, etc. Until things get settled we're not shipping to Kansas. Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card charge-backs and will contact Bennett Auction Service directly with any concerns. Bennett Auction Service will refund Bidder directly for all legitimate claims.
