Item Details
This Savage Model 12 competition/ sniper rifle belongs to the Joseph "Joe" Panici Estate. Joe was a U.S. Army Veteran and longtime Professional Speed/ Competition Shooter (over 40 years), as well as a college professor and an expert in Firearm Logistics & Weaponry. After Joe retired from teaching in 2005, he spent his time meticulously fine tuning all of his firearms. Joe spared absolutely no expense on his firearms and every gun from Mr. Panici's Estate is in perfect working order and will have pinpoint accuracy. This Savage rifle is chambered for 6x47 Lupua caliber and features a Savage action, McGowen Precision 30" heavy stainless steel barrel with 1:13 twist, adjustable Target AccuTrigger (adjustable from 6 oz. to 2.5 lbs.), scope rail, oversized bolt handle, weighs in at 13.5 lbs. and was used for "F-Class" competition.
Payment
Our Terms are very simple and easy to understand, so please read them fully before bidding.
1- There is a 10% Buyers Premium if paying by cash, check, money order or PayPal. (If Using PayPal, Please Select "Family & Friends" So That No Fees Are Added)
2- There is a 15% Buyers Premium if paying by credit card. (The card on file will be used unless otherwise instructed)
3- ALL BUYERS PLANNING TO PAY BY CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR PAYPAL MUST EMAIL US BY MONDAY, DECEMBER 14th AT 5:00 pm.
4- We will charge the credit card on file for each buyers purchases on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15th (UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED)
5- SHIPPING COST - 1 Long Gun ($50.00) 1 Handgun ($30.00) - $10.00 For Each Additional Gun (REGARDLESS IF IT IS A LONG GUN OR HANDGUN)
Shipping Examples - (1 long gun & 1 handgun = $60) (2 long guns = $60) (2 handguns = $40)
6- Items may be picked up to avoid shipping costs. (Transfer Paperwork & Illinois Holding Periods Apply)
(If You Are A Dealer Or Will Be Picking Up For A Dealer, No Paperwork Is Need, But You Will Need To Bring A Copy Of Your License With You)
7- There is a $15 per gun paperwork fee. This fee goes to our in-house FFL for running each gun through their books. This fee still applies to guns being shipped.
8- ALL GUNS BEING SHIPPED, MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL OR C&R (If Applicable) - THIS INCLUDES BLACK POWDERS & ANTIQUES
9- Each successful buyer will receive a Final Invoice after the conclusion of the auction. This email will come from ProxiBid.
11- The Final Invoice emailed after the auction will include all fees. (Buyers Premium, Paperwork Fees & Shipping). If you pick up your items, we will deduct the shipping cost from your invoice. Please email us if you plan to pick up your guns.
12- If a buyers credit card on file is "DECLINED" there will be a $20 charge each time it does not go through.
13 - There is NO SALES TAX
