Item Details
Brown finish pearwood grip with early nickel pommel, grip eagle and cross guard fittings. Reverse of cross guard is district stamped. Bright steel blade exhibits scabbard runner marks and signs of polishing as the motto doesn't have any of the original burnishing remaining. Brown anodized finish on the scabbard body is in very good condition and scabbard exhibits a few minor dings. Upper and lower nickel fittings show nice age patina. Small "ding" at scabbard ball.
