Due to computer speeds and other possible reasons auction company cannot be held responsible for bids you made "by accident". To avoid this problem be sure to click on the item first and then put in your bid. When items begin ending it can sometimes happen faster than you can keep up with resulting in you accidentally bidding on an item. You are 100% responsible for that bid. Bid carefully and try opening the item when bidding to avoid accidental bids.

ATTENTION: YOUR BID IS A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. Placing a bid is a binding contract between you & the Seller. Once you place a bid & you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price indicated as your bid. Placing a bid, winning & not paying for the product could be illegal & prosecution can result.** Pick up is Tuesday December 1st from 12-2pm located at 825 Garland Street, Columbia, SC 29201 **DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER OR LATER THAN SPECIFIED TIMES*** All pallets need to be either picked up & paid for between 12-2pm or arrangement needs to be made to have them shipped & paid for prior to end of pick up. There is a loading dock as well as a ramp with forklift assistance. Seller can also arrange for shipping from our seller at buyer's expense. At auction's end contact Steve with All Things Auctioneers to arrange shipping (864)494-1965. Any lot not removed will be forfeited but paid for by you. Preferred payment, cash, ZELLE or VENMO FOR 3% DISCOUNT. When paying via Venmo with a 3% discount use your bank account, Venmo balance or Debit card ONLY (otherwise a 3% charge will occur when using a credit card) To pay: use name: Stephen Alling, 864-494-1965 or info@allthingsauctioneers.com.
