When paying within the stated time and with our acceptable payment methods you agree to make payment in full for all online purchases in U.S. Funds on the next business day following the close of the auction which is December 14, 2020. State sales tax will be charged where applicable. No items will be released until full payment clears our office. Method of Payment: All purchases or multiple purchases up to and including $2,000.00 will be paid for by credit card, cards will be charged immediately following the sale. Credit card purchases will be charged a 4.0% convenience fee. All purchases $2,001.00 and over will be paid for by wire transfer or cash on the next business day, which is Monday December 14, 2020 no exceptions. If you cannot meet these terms, do not bid. Once the item is sold it is solely your responsibility for payment and pickup. Wire Transfer ($25 Domestic/$50 International fee). Wire Transfer Instructions: Wire to United Bankers Bank Routing #091001322 Further Credit to First Security Bank Canby Account# 2502722 Final Credit to Darrell Regnier Auction Company LLC. You must include auction date and bidder number as a reference in your wire transfer to ensure proper credit. Personal Checks will not be an accepted form of payment unless prior arrangements have been made. If you cannot meet these terms, do not bid. Once the item is sold it is solely your responsibility for payment and pickup. All items must be removed within 10 days of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. All items will be sold in AS-IS-WHERE IS condition and all items and statements are believed to be true but the auction company is not responsible for wrong information. Darrell Regnier Auction Company LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Darrell Regnier Auction Company LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Darrell Regnier Auction Company LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Darrell Regnier Auction Company LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. We will try to follow the sale order but may vary from time to time. If a picture is incorrectly posted we apologize for any errors. By bidding the buyer warrants that they are satisfied with any and all inspections they have made. Auctioneer will have the final decision on disposition of all items sold until invoiced and paid in full. Buyer’s credit card will be charged in accordance with the terms of auction if payment by other means does not arrive as per terms of auction which is the close of the next business day following the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. We are in a rural community- rarely the internet will go down so please be patient while we reset the system or hook to another service provider. Any titled item will be assessed a $20 processing fee. Vehicle and trailer titles will be sent to you via certified mail generally 14-21 banking days after conclusion of the auction as a general rule and it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to process titles into their name. All titles will be in good transferable condition to the purchaser or successful bidder. Most items will require a tax exempt form or signing of a tax exempt form except titled items.
