This auction is being performed on an internet platform ran and controlled by an independent 3rd party, and as such the functionality is in no way the responsibility of LEAP Auctions LLC, thus no bidder may hold LEAP Auctions LLC responsible for any missed bids nor technology challenges experienced on day of auction closing. It is encouraged that in order to guarantee your bid is received that you place your maximum bid via the proxy bid option 24 hours prior to closing. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to know which item they are currently bidding on. After 10 days from auction end if the merchandise has not been picked up then notification will be sent out and items will be moved and stored at a secure facility where storage fees may apply, and after 20 days they will be retagged and resold at the Auction Companies digression through the auction process, and at the owner’s expense. All fees and charges including storage and commissions will be deducted from the sales price and the balance will be sent to them in the form of a company check mailed to their address on file.
