In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Due to the uniqueness of this auction some stock manufacturing photos are being used as a visual guide for the items. YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) is required to bid at this auction. If the bidder is an international bidder, the only form of payment will be via wire transfer, which must be received in our office by 12pm EST the day following the auction. Everything MUST be paid for in full at the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform. No item will be released without payment in full and until funds have cleared our bank. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge-back on his/her credit card. Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the gavel. Transactions of $5,000.00+ we would prefer to transact with an ACH payment, however this is not a requirement. We will reach out via phone to discuss this with you after the auction has ended. “Paid in Full” Invoices will be emailed after payment has been received.
