We accept Cash, In-State or Certified Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover only. No out of state checks accepted. An 18% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. 3% discount with Cash and Check. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. Please contact us immediately with your payment method, and to schedule pickup of your items. Payments not received by March 8th at 1:00 PM EST will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. No items will be removed without proof of payment. REMOVAL: Saturday, March 6th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Monday, March 8th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. For additional removal time, arrangements must be made with the Auctioneer. Lots not paid for or removed within the time allowed may be resold at public or private sale without further notice, and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charge of resale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser, and may be charged to the card supplied at registration. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. All items must be removed by Wednesday, March 11th. This auction is considered an estate-style auction, and The Steffen Group is acting as an agent for the seller. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a long gun, and 21 years of age or older to purchase a hand gun. Long guns sold to in-state buyers will be passed out upon payment at pickup. All hand guns, and long guns sold to out of state buyers, will be taken to an FFL Dealer. A $35 dollar transfer fee will be charged by the FFL Dealer for each transfer, and buyer is responsible for any additional fees, shipping, and handling for out of state purchasers.
