Item Details
Instant Buy: $8,000 Sunbeam motorcycles, during the period 1910-1937, were made by John Marston and Company of Wolverhampton, England, famous for their superb bicycles and immaculate and hard wearing paint finishes. It is felt that they were, at the time, the best finished motorcycles and the best the Marston Company had engineered. The seller believes the 1935 and 1936 model are extremely similar. This 1936 250 has been imported as a 1935. The motorcycle has the sporting 250 long stroke engine and then new Burman 4 speed gearbox and clutch which was a great advance on earlier gearboxes. This motorcycle has the patina of age but still runs nicely and is a great representation of a mid-1930s gentleman's motorcycle. Includes British Registration. Sold on a Bill of Sale/Import Papers.
