To avoid any credit card fees we accept cash or wire transfer. • According to the State of Kentucky, sales tax must be collected unless you have a valid resale certificate and intend on using your purchase in accordance to those conditions with that certificate. We require a copy of your resale certificate and you will be required to fill out the state exemption form. • The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. They will be held to all the same terms and conditions as everyone else, no exceptions • The seller will have a skid steer and forklift to assist buyers however loading and unloading items you purchase are your responsibility. • Preview and Pickup dates are listed and you will be expected to adhere to them.
