There will be a waiting area below street level at the Reception Desk. ID and invoices may be required, if the invoice is unpaid please bring CASH as that is the ONLY accepted payment at pickup. ALL items/lots MUST be removed by 12PM on Saturday 13th March Any items/lots that are not removed by the last pickup date and time will be considered abandoned and may be disposed. NO refunds will be given on abandoned items and may be subject to removal/disposal fees. You are responsible for the safe pickup/removal and transportation of your items at your expense and risk. LOADING: Come prepared with an appropriate vehicle, tie downs, straps, tools, equipment, dollies, packing materials, boxes and manpower to load your purchases. A forklift is sometimes available upon reasonable request. RELEASE: Lots will only be released to you or your agent upon presentation of paid receipt, satisfactory identification documentation and a signed release/receipt of pickup.
