Terms Of Sale

Trinity County Fair & Youth Livestock Show - This online auction is to help the youth of Trinity County sell their livestock and shop projects. Terms & Conditions Early bidding will go until Saturday 3/20/2021. Live bidding on Ag/Shop Projects will begin at 5:00pm until all projects are sold. Live bidding on Livestock Projects will begin at 6:30pm until all projects are sold. All projects must be picked up by 10:00am on Monday 3/22/2020. Projects can be paid for by cash, check (made payable to Wal-Lee Auction Company) or by credit card (4% convenience fee for CC). There is a 5% Buyer's Premium. However, please remember when bidding that the Project Cost is what the student has invested into the project but they have to pay a 10% fee to the Trinity County Fair & Youth Livestock Show organization. You can ADD-ON Monies to individual projects by filing out the form in person at show or by contacting Jan Wagner at (936) 642-2039. Disposition of animals must be made before auction is concluded. Disposition options are as follows: Buyer will pick up animal, Student will deliver, Donate back to student or Joe Williams Resale Trailer. If needed, you can contact Lia Martin at (936) 642-1427 to give disposition of animal. All transactions such as students getting their money will still go through the Trinity County Fair & Youth Livestock Show organization. We are asking all Parents, Students and Buyers to continue to be patient and please let us know if there is anything we can do help make this as smooth as possible. If there are any mistakes/errors, please let us know asap and we can get them corrected. Additional Information - Lots 1-9 are designated to the Life Skills Projects. These special needs students have worked really hard to complete their projects in order to get to sell them at the Trinity County Fair & Youth Livestock Show. All proceeds from these projects will go towards their end of the year class field trip.
