Payment Instructions: OUR TERMS ARE VERY SIMPLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS INFORMATION BEFORE BIDDING. 1- There is a 15% Buyers Premium. (The card on file will be used unless otherwise instructed). Payment may be made in person or mailed to 116 West Washington Street – Pittsfield, Il 62363. ALL BUYERS PLANNING TO PAY BY CASH OR CHECK MUST EMAIL US BY MONDAY, MARCH 29th by 5:00 pm. – sdukepcre@gmail.com 2- We will charge the credit card on file for each buyers purchases on TUESDAY, MARCH 30th (UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED) There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee. 3 - Items may be picked up to avoid shipping costs. (Pick Up Dates - Sunday, March 28th - Saturday, April 3rd from 10am to 5pm everyday) 4- Each successful buyer will receive an invoice after the conclusion of the auction. This email will come from ProxiBid and will NOT include shipping. If you would like to have your items shipped, please email us at sdukepcre@gmail.com and we will email you another invoice with shipping included. 5- Everything will be shipped via UPS directly to the address that you have on file.
