Item Details
Herter's Single Action .22 LR revolver. Good condition - approx. 80% overall. Shows signs of use. Frame and barrel have finish wear in spots. No rust or pitting. Gun has not been test fired, but mechanical condition appears to be good. Local pickup on 4/26 (4473 transfer required) or $25 shipping to an FFL dealer in your state.

Payment Options:
1) Visa/Mastercard/Discover. Your card on file with Proxibid will be charged immediately after the auction. Make sure your card on file is current!
2) Wire Transfer - 5% discount (5% Buyer's Premium instead of 10%). Eligible on invoices over $2,000 only. This is our preferred method of payment for all invoices over $4,000. Contact us after the auction if you'd like to pay by wire transfer, and we will email you the wiring instructions.
3) Cash - 5% discount (5% buyer's premium instead of 10%) Eligible only for buyers who will be picking up their items during our scheduled pickup time. If you are an Ohio Resident, and you do NOT pay in cash during our scheduled pickup time, then we will automatically charge your card on file with Proxibid and assume that your items are being shipped.
OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and we will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. FFL can be emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com or faxed to (330) 266-2472. Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before you bid! No international shipping.
LOCAL BUYERS: Pickup date is Monday, April 26, 2021 from 9 AM until 2 PM at our office in Seville, OH. Additional pickup times are available by appointment during normal business days. All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS background check. Ohio residents will have the option of paying CASH during the pickup time for a 5% discount. If you don't pay cash during the scheduled pickup time, then your card on file will be charged immediately afterwards. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location).
ADDITIONAL TERMS: All items are sold as is with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. - All items are sold 'AS IS' with no guarantees or warranties. All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding.
- Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged immediately after the auction. Make sure the card is valid prior to bidding. Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances.
- Wire transfers are accepted for invoices over $2,000, and are our preferred method of payment for invoices over $4,000. We offer a 5% discount (5% buyer's premium instead of 10%) for wire transfer payment.
- ALL FFL rules apply. Firearm sales are subject to 4473 transfer. If being shipped, they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer's home state. Farnsworth Auctions LLC is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
- Items must be removed during the scheduled removal time. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
- Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
