1. All bidders must provide their full name, address, and phone number where they can be reached. Harris Real Estate & Auction reserves the right to deny registration. 2. The successful bidder is responsible to:
A. Sign a Real Estate Agreement of sale following the close of the auction. Harris Real Estate & Auction will make arrangements to e-mail documents that need to be executed and e-mailed back to Harris Real Estate & Auction within 24 hours of the end of the auction, bidder will provide email and mailing address. Successful bidder not executing and returning contracts with payment in full within 24 hours will be considered in default.
B. Pay a 10% down payment, in form check, cash or wired funds. The balance of the purchase is due at closing. Buyer is responsible for wire transfer fees.
3. This sale is not contingent on or subject to financing, appraisal, survey or inspections of any kind. Any and all inspections that the buyer may want, must be done at buyer's expense prior to the auction end.
4. This property sells with confirmation of the seller. This means the property will not sell if a satisfactory price to the seller is not met. Harris Real Estate & Auction is representing the seller in this transaction.
