Firearms: It is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY to provide the auction company with a valid FFL for weapon transfer sent via email to info@webstersauction.com within 24hrs after the auction concludes. The email should include the paddle number, lots won, & full name of buyer. WEBSTER'S WILL NOT CONTACT BUYER'S FFL, BUYER MUST INITIATE CONTACT WITH PREFERRED FFL.

Local Gun Buyers must complete NICS forms at Webster’s location. Dealers must have signed copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) upon arrival. Buyers who act as agents for FFL dealers must have a letter of agency from the FFL holder as well as a signed copy of that dealer's FFL. Buyer must be at least eighteen (18) to buy any firearm(s) and at least twenty-one (21) to purchase a handgun. Webster’s makes no warranties or representations whatsoever concerning condition, the operation of firing, safety to use, safety to store, reliability or working order of any firearm. Use of any firearm or ammunition purchased through Webster’s is entirely at the buyer/user’s risk. Webster’s advises every buyer of a firearm, any ammunition or accessory to have it inspected by a gunsmith prior to any use of any kind.
