The wrist strap is marked, “BSA” and dated 1916 with numerous proofs and acceptance marks on the rifle including the Broad Arrow. The smooth wood stock shows heavy use with dents and mars consistent with service use. The butt ends with a smooth brass butt plate with trap. A period canvas rifle sling has been added. The action is good and the bore is fair. Est.: $350-$700. (C+R/PPT).
