You agree to reimburse O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC its costs of collecting any amount owed you do not pay, including reimbursing O'Brien Auctioneers for its actual attorney fees incurred in attempting to collect any unpaid amount. You consent to jurisdiction in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court for resolution of any dispute between you and O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC related to this Auction.
Wisconsin Sales Tax Laws apply to all purchases. Dodge County Sales Tax is 5.5%.
