All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - Accepted payment form is Credit Card only (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. We will email you an invoice after the auction ends. Your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged immediately after the auction. - Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Items must removed during the scheduled removal time. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
