All items are sold 'AS IS / WHERE IS.' with no warranties expressed or implied and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidder acknowledges and understands that no items may be returned after purchase. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine age, condition, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor before bidding in this auction. The seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves the auction location. No property will be removed until fully settled for. Items not removed within the scheduled removal times along with any payments received on those items will be considered forfeited. Please be advised that there is a 20% Buyer’s Premium, applicable sales tax and only credit card payments are accepted. If the bidder is an international bidder the only form of payment will be via wire transfer, which must be received in our office by 12 noon the following business day. Bidder acknowledges and understands that Vision Equipment and Auction Company is providing Internet pre-auction and live internet bidding as a service to our customers and that under no circumstances will Vision Equipment and Auction Company be held responsible if internet service or bidding software fails to work properly. Any bidders who want to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction. Vision Equipment and Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any items in this catalog on or before sale date.
