We will not automatically charge your Credit Card on file with Proxibid after the auction. - Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Items must removed during the scheduled removal time. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event. Additional Terms from Seller: Summit Metro Parks reserves the right, at a later date, to establish a minimum price that will be accepted for specific items and may establish any other terms and conditions for the particular sale, including but not limited to requirements for pick-up or delivery, method of payment, and payment of sales tax in accordance with applicable laws.
