Terms & Conditions: All bidders, potential or past, acknowledge that they have fully read and understand all terms, conditions, and guidelines specifically laid out for Peddlers Auction whether in print, online, or any other outlet where terms are expressed. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Liability: Authenticity, condition, & genuineness of items are to be determined by the potential buyer. Neither the descriptions or oral statements made by Peddlers Auction, Integrity Auctions, or its auctioneers concerning any item shall be constructed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. All items are sold “AS-IS” with no guarantees. Peddlers Auction or Integrity Auctions does not carry any responsibility for any risks or damages covering consignors, buyers, or auction lots that should occur during any portion of the auction process, including preview, bidding, sale, or pickup. No liability in any way is assumed by Peddlers Auction, Integrity Auctions, or its sellers regarding the premises the auction is held on. Payments/Purchases for ON-SITE BIDDERS: There will be a 5% Buyer’s Premium charged on all purchases. All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the auction – regardless of when they are picked up. Unpaid items will have an added 10% buyer’s premium. Payments made with the credit card you have provided means you authorize Peddlers Auction to charge the credit card once the auction is complete for the purchase amount plus applicable taxes and fees. Upon entering auction bidding, the buyer surrenders the right to forfeit, dispute, or deny any payments made with a credit card. A receipt will be furnished to each buyer at the time of payment. This is expected to accompany any items removed from the premises, and is to be furnished at the time of pickup. Successful bidders have until September 22, 2021 to remove their purchased items from the property of Peddlers Auction. If you fail to pick up your items in the allotted time period, they will become the seller’s possession. Those buyers that fail to properly pay or pick up items will no longer be considered as bidders for any future auctions conducted by Peddlers Auction or Integrity Auctions. This is non-negotiable. Should your payment method fail or decline at any time during the purchase/check out process, there will be a service fee imposed. Payments/Purchases for INTERNET BIDDERS: There will be a 15% Online Buyer’s Premium charged on all online purchases. All successful winning bidders must immediately contact Peddlers Auction following close of the auction by no later than Monday, September 20, 2021 at 3 pm to make arrangements for payment and pickup. ALL ITEMS ARE PICK UP ONLY UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH PEDDLERS AUCTION. Shipping MAY be available on some items with approval from Marlin. Call Marlin at 574-536-1783. Note that upon creating a Proxibid account it asks for credit card info to help verify identity only, that card is not provided to Peddlers Auction or Integrity Auctions for payment. Contact must be made for settlement of auction purchases. Sales Tax/Documents: All sales are subject to Indiana state sales tax of 7%; the Indiana form ST-105 must be filled out and on file with Peddlers Auction PRIOR to bidding. Auction Terms: Proper ID, receipts, and information are expected to be present at the time of registration/pickup. Bidders must be 18 years old to register. All sales are final. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in best interest of the seller, and to reject the bids of any individuals whose conduct, actions, or comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. The auctioneer, Peddlers Auctions, and Integrity Auctions reserve the right to conduct the auction in such manor that is in the best interest of the seller(s). All decisions made by auctioneer and said auction companies will be final. The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. No refunds or adjustments will be given for lost or stolen items. Peddlers Auction and Integrity Auctions assume no liability to the buyer whatsoever. Technical Difficulties: Peddlers Auction and Integrity Auctions reserve the right to be held harmless in the event of power failure, malfunctioning of software, interruption of service, and technical difficulties of any kind. In this instance, Peddlers Auction and Integrity Auctions reserves the right to void any sale, suspend bidding, re-sell or re-open any bidding that was affected by the malfunction. This decision is final.
