Illinois residents attending the auction or bidding online must have a FFL or licensed dealer,or FOID card, and second form of picture ID .Non Illinois Residents and on line bidders must have an FFL or licensed dealer in their state to receive USPS shipments. AUCTION RULES: If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or accept telephone or internet bids, we are not responsible for failing to execute such bids or for any errors or omissions in connection with these bids. 5. INSURANCE: We will Promised Land Firearms obtain upon buyers discretion. 7. LEGAL CLAIMS: Rediger Auction Servise’s auction is being held in Wyanet IL, in Bureau County. Any and all legal action brought forth as a result of this auction/sale must be filed in Bureau County, IL. 8. POSTPONED/CANCELLED: Rediger Auction Service has the right to cancel/postpone any and all auction due to severe weather, sickness or legal matters. If auction is postponed said auction will be rescheduled ASAP and all bids already placed will be honored. In the event the auction is cancelled due to legal matters all bids will be voided. Rediger Auction will email all bidders informing them of the status of said Auction. All winning bid items must be paid and picked up by 5:00 pm 14 calendar days after the auction or the buyer will be responsible for any & all charges associated with storage and/or the resale of your purchase.
