Currency Type: USD Ending Date & Time: Tuesday, September 28th, beginning at 6:00 PM Eastern Pick-Up Information: Thursday, Sept. 30th-BY APPOINTMENT ONLY between 9am and 3pm– location: 231 South Reading Ave, Boyertown PA, 19512. Appointment sign-ups will be available when invoiced. Shipping Instructions: Third-Party Packing/Shipping available. Special Terms: For pick-up appointments you must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Bring help to load your items! Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items are to be picked up within the scheduled pick-up time. NO Exceptions. All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location. If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears. In addition, payment must be made to third party shipper within one week of shipper contact, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds. The auction is being conducted online based in Berks County Pennsylvania. These Terms and Conditions are entered into in Berks County PA regardless of the physical location of the bidder, the seller or the Auctioneer. All property is offered for sale in Berks County PA and will be knocked down based on the home base of Berks County PA. Each bidder has made a willing and knowing election to participate in the Auction, and to engage in the transactions arising from and/or related to the auction based in Berks County Pennsylvania. Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
