Terms of Sale are Cash, Good Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. Only Credit Card payment is accepted from Internet Buyers. There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the total of all internet buyers total. Valid drivers license or other Government issued I.D. required to obtain a bidding number. Valid credit card from Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, or American Express required for all internet bidders/buyers to obtain a bidding number and buy at auction. All items are sold as-is and where-is. Items bought with all faults, imperfections and errors in description. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. All sales are final. Purchases may be removed upon payment in full. Shipping to be payed by buyer after the auction transaction is complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. In order to facilitate Shipping we require a current active phone number or e-mail address for communication regarding shipping between buyer and auction company. 4.Buyer is responsible for removing items from the auction site the day of the auction unless arrangements are made with owner and auctioneer. Please refer to Shipping Instructions for details concerning Shipping. 5. On-line auctions move quickly, if you are interested in an item bid quickly. If you win an item, you will be notified by e-mail. 6. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred by the auction comany in the collection of funds. the purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa. 7. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a winning bidder as a purchaser. 9. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any missed bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer or his assistants. 10. All Sales are Final.
