This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION with LIVE PREVIEW. PREMIUM: A 15.00% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cash. Credit cards will ALWAYS be charged the day after the auction unless otherwise specified. You must have available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. 3% Cash discount. We do not accept checks or money orders. All goods are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults, and without representation or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose THE CONDITIONS OF MERCHANDISE IN THE AUCTION RANGE FROM 'NEW' TO 'SALVAGE'. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. Please only bid on what you have personally inspected. IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS: We do our best to describe and count everything accurately but mistakes happen. DO NOT rely on our images, descriptions or counts. Rely only on what you have personally inspected and counted. REMOVAL: Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Products not removed by cutoff time will be charged a fee of $20 per day, per lot. This fee will be required before lots can be picked up. If lots are not removed within 7 additional days after cutoff time, they will be considered abandoned. There will be no refunds or credits for abandoned merchandise and the storage charges will still be due. IMPORTANT! Source Auctions will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchaser, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items. TAX: Virginia Sales Tax of 6% will be collected unless a valid VA ST-10 or VA ST-14 form is provided in advance of auction closing. NO EXCEPTIONS - We must have a tax exempt form. Submit tax exempt forms to kyle@sourceauctions.com. There will be two charges to the credit card: 1. Items won plus premium and sale tax. 2. Shipping and Handling cost (if requested and agreed upon)
