Michigan residents are charged Michigan sales tax of 6% unless you have a tax number and provide us with a copy of the license. Purchases mailed out of state are exempt from sales tax. CLASS III NFA-REGULATED ITEMS: 23% BUYER’S PREMIUM AND BUYER PAYS ALL APPLICATION COSTS (TRANSFER TAX STAMP, FINGERPRINTS, PHOTOS, POSTAGE, ETC.).
If you prefer to pay by check, contact our office no later than 4:00pm (Eastern) on the Monday immediately following the auction. If we do not hear from you by then, the credit card you provided to Proxibid will be charged.
Successful bidders will receive an invoice via email the Monday morning following the auction. If you are not a Michigan resident, email your FFL to jen@twoalphaauctions.com or fax to (269) 216-6378 no later than the Friday immediately following the auction.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling and insurance costs. INSURANCE IS MANDATORY. Two Alpha Auctions, LLC, reserves the right to purchase outside shipper’s insurance, to be self-insured, or a combination of both. We use USPS insurance rates. Your item(s) will be insured commensurate with the sale price of the item. Shipping and handling is $50/long gun, $40/hand gun, $30/receiver. BEAR TRAPS: Local pick-up preferred-if shipped, actual shipping will be charged and a $40 handling fee. We will do our best to box items together to minimize handling costs. The credit card you provided to Proxibid will be charged one time for all of your charges unless pay by check and contact us in accordance with these terms and conditions.

TELEPHONE BIDS: We are not accepting telephone bids.
ABSENTEE BIDS: Absentee bids need to be received by our office and confirmed no later than the Wednesday immediately prior to the auction. You may either 1) call our office at (269) 781-7100 ext. 1; or 2) email jen@twoalphaauctions.com.
BIDS AWARDED TO LIVE BIDDERS: Just so it is clear to online and absentee bidders on how we handle internet bids, although you are willing to go to $400.00, for example, as your top bid prior to the actual live auction, depending on the increments and where the bid starts, you may not be the successful bidder at your high bid. We start the bidding at the higher of the Proxibid or absentee current bid unless a live bidder starts the bidding higher. From that point, if a live on-line bidder bids $450.00 (which is the next increment), your absentee high bid of $400.00 will not be sucsessful, as we give priority to live bidders (in-person and live on Proxibid).
Please do not call the auction company the day of the auction. The auction is held in a separate location from our place of business. Therefore, if you have an issue with bidding, contact Proxibid directly at 1-877-505-7770.
