We accept Cash, In-State or Certified Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover only. No out of state checks accepted. A 16% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. 3% discount with Cash and Check. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. Please contact us immediately if you are unable to pickup during the scheduled removal time. Payments not received by final scheduled pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. No items will be removed without proof of payment. REMOVAL: Saturday, November 20th from 9am-1pm and Monday, November 22nd from 9am-Noon, and additional removal time must be scheduled with the Auctioneer. Final removal deadline unless otherwise arranged: November 24th--please contact Auctioneer with any questions regarding pickup/shipping. Lots not paid for or removed within the time allowed may be resold at public or private sale without further notice, and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charge of resale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser, and may be charged to the card supplied at registration. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased. Buyers are responsible for capping any electrical, plumbing, or gas lines that are disconnected from removing their items. Buyer is responsible for repairing any damage or void created in the building from the removal of their items. A certificate of insurance reflecting adequate insurance coverage, holding Auctioneers, Owners and Landlords harmless against any damage must be furnished to the Auctioneer at Auctioneer's sole discretion and request prior to such removal. Moving & loading services contracted with any rigging or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company.
