BIDDERS WITH INVOICES OVER $1000: The bidders credit card will be charged $500. Bidders must contact Johnny King at 864-554-0929 or email johnny@jkauctions.com within 24 hours to arrange payment of remaining balances. Invoices must be paid in full within 72 hours of the auction. ALL BIDDERS THAT HAVE NOT PAID IN FULL WITHIN 72 HOURS WILL BE REPORTED TO PROXIBID AS NON-PAYING BIDDERS. NO EXCEPTIONS. A 7% South Carolina/Greenwood County sales tax will be added to all purchases unless buyer has a valid resale certificate with the exception of vehicles. No sales tax will be charged on titled vehicles. A $25 processing fee will be added to all titled items. An additional $25 EVR Fee along w/appropriate sales tax will be added to all vehicles that need a temporary tag. No sales tax will be added to any vehicle that does not require a temporary tag. The sales tax will be paid at the DMV when the vehicle is registered. All buyers must show proof of insurance in order to drive a vehicle off the auction site. All titles will be mailed within 15 business days of the auction.
